I added one scoop to water with ice and shook vigorously for at least a minute and then let it stand for 3 minutes, the powder formed clumps that floated at the top of the glass so I strained the ice and blended it. It turned into a thick foam that didn’t settle. It was like drinking the head of a Guinness but tasted like a milky orange. Genuinely gross

Service and quality of the product. I've tried several protein bars these are the best to date . Enjoyed the selection box a good selection. I will purchase again

I enjoy the product, however I’m not quite sure why the container is only half filled….. ? Surely in this day and age of reducing waste you could either put more product in or half the container size?

It’s the best whey protein I’ve ever tried and works great in Porridge which is when I use it the most

Jonathan was prompt in responding to my query and quickly resolved my issue. I was unable to apply a coupon to my order, rather than cancelling or returning the product to reorder using my coupon, he was able to apply it to my outstanding payment. All sorted in a couple of hours.

I purchased some products from PhD, I was offered a complimentary product because of my order exceeding a certain total. I was disappointed as this product had very short shelf life remaining. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace it. I was not happy with the response. Then another agent explained how dates printed on their products work and offered a 20% refund for frustrating experience. What else could you expect. Thanks Jonathan for sorting this.

I find them a bit chewy and the flavours unmemorable. I wont be reordering but that is my taste.

Update - they have refunded me so good customer service. I would suggest they offer smaller sample packs with free postage to try out this stuff.

I have bought protein bars from Phd quite often and found the service very good.
I have unfortunately had cause to complain about a product and contacted the customer service dept, the response I got was very quick and resolved the problem totally satisfactory .

PHD plant protein is amazing and the only vegan protein that doesn’t taste like a mud texture. Delivery is always prompt and I also manage to get a discount when making my order.

Had an issue with a bad batch of protein. the customer support team where excellent and even though I hadn't ordered it directly from them they still went above and beyond to fix the issue. very happy with the product and the service.
